Starting the route in Saldus, be sure to taste the beloved traditional sweets called "Saldus gotiņa." Continuing further, make a stop at the "Saldus maiznieka" bakery shop and enjoy locally-made ice cream in Druva. Along the way, you will be delighted by the sight of tractors and agricultural equipment on the "Tehnikas ceļš" (Road of Technology). The route mostly follows asphalt roads, with only some sections from Vārme to Šķēde and from Lutriņi to Druva leading you through small country lanes, offering a treat for enthusiasts of scenic landscapes and quiet rural roads.
